Rates

Clear starting figures for ordering-app reviews, with quotes when outlet count or channel mix widens the scope.

Pricing follows the depth of reading and the number of kitchens involved. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude travel for optional on-site days outside Kota Kinabalu.

Ordering App Performance Review

From RM 4,800

One outlet, one primary ordering channel, four to six weeks of history, written brief, and a 90-minute debrief. Extra channels on the same outlet are usually RM 900–1,400 each once we see export quality.

Menu Item Signal Session

From RM 1,600

Half-day session with pre-read and a one-page keep/test/park note. Useful when you already trust overall volume but need dish-level clarity.

Multi-Outlet Compare Brief

Quoted

Begins with a scoping call. Most two-outlet compares land between RM 8,500 and RM 12,000; larger groups are priced after we see channel consistency across kitchens.

Follow-on reading

From RM 2,200

After a full review, a shorter re-read of a later window (for example post-menu change) is available without rebuilding the entire engagement.

What changes the estimate

  • Number of outlets and whether menus are shared or heavily localised
  • How many ordering apps must be reconciled in the same window
  • Whether you can export clean CSVs or need slower portal screenshots
  • Optional on-site days outside Sabah (travel and lodging billed at cost)
  • Rush timelines under ten calendar days

How billing works

We invoice 50% to reserve the review window and 50% on delivery of the brief (before the debrief if you prefer). Signal sessions are invoiced in full when the date is confirmed. There is no subscription and no per-seat software fee — you are paying for the reading and the session time.

Next step

Request a quote with outlet count and apps in use. We confirm fees in writing before any data access begins.
