From the contact form or email: name, email address, optional review type, message content, and any outlet or app details you choose to include.
From engagements: business contact details, staff names you introduce for interviews, and operational data contained in ordering-app exports you provide (which may incidentally include guest phone numbers or order notes depending on the partner export).
From the website technically: essential cookies and, if you accept analytics cookies, limited usage data as described in our Cookies policy.
We do not ask for payment card numbers through this website. There is no checkout.

5. Sharing
We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may share information if required by Malaysian law or to establish/exercise legal claims. Guest personal data inside partner exports is processed only to deliver your review and is not used for our marketing.
